Amber Dhara was started with much fan fare and was suppose to be Sony channel’s main driver in TRP game just like Jassi Jaisi Koi nahin. Show did win few hearts but fell behind in TRP face and finally is being yanked off. Sony says bye bye to Amber Dhara this April.

Urmila Matondkar will take over Amber Dhara prime spot with a reality show ‘Waar Parivar’. It is suppose to be a family singing show (sound similar to rock N roll family on Zee TV - which already has hit rocks badly).
