Shani is often taken in negative vibes all over, dispeling this negative myth of Lord Shani here comes “Mahima Shani Dev Ki” on NDTV Imagine. It comes every Shaniwaar (Saturday, 8pm). Mahima Shani Dev Ki… a mythological series that traces the story of Lord Shani, the planet God of the Hindu’s.
Produced by Sagar Arts, this mega show aims to bring to light the greatness of Lord Shani, tackling the myths that surround this deity and the powerful effects of his planet. The character of Lord Shani will be essayed by Daya Shankar Pandey.
Mahima Shani Dev Ki will present a series of short stories that will seek to demystify this god and also highlight the importance of the planet. The stories will be from mythology right from the birth of Maha Shani – mingled with stories of lessons taught to the Great Emperor Vikramaditya!

This is a wonderful effort from NDTV Imagine. Like all the other serials of Imagine I am sure this series would also get the viewers hooked. The first episode was a great start. A Thumbs upto NDTV Imagine for being different from Channels like Star Plus. My only wish is NDTV Imagine would keep Ekta Kapoor away from them…

in this world the power ful god is shani dev he can do any thing in a minute he can make king in a second and begger too. i really thanks to NDTV IMAGINE to have such a gud serial. it was very necesarry for all of us to know about shani dev. the one and only power god. that we must om sham shanchrya nama.
I Really want’s to say thanks to Sagar’s.They r Passing A MSG to everyone that Shani Dev is not Cruel he is so kind and he escape peoples from their painfull end and teachs them gud things about their life. through the serial MAHIMA SHANI DEV KI.
